Terms and Conditions of the Rosette Scheme

1. Use of Trained Personnel

Contractors shall engage only operatives who have been formally trained and approved by Stonehealth Ltd. (“Stonehealth”).

2. Testimonials

Contractors are required to submit a minimum of two satisfactory testimonials per annum for each operative trained by Stonehealth. Such testimonials must be provided by an external and verifiable third party, such as a client, architect, main contractor, or equivalent stakeholder. Testimonials originating from within the contractor’s own organisation will not be accepted.

3. Approved Materials and Components

Contractors must exclusively utilise granulates, materials, parts, and spare components that have been expressly approved by Stonehealth in all relevant operations.

4. Equipment Maintenance and Servicing

All DOFF and TORC systems operated by the contractor must be maintained in good working condition and in accordance with Stonehealth’s standards. These systems must be serviced by Stonehealth no less than once in each twelve (12) month period.

5. Remedial Works Requirement

Contractors agree to undertake, at their own cost, any and all essential repairs, maintenance, or upgrades to equipment as prescribed by Stonehealth, particularly where such equipment is deemed by Stonehealth to fall below acceptable standards.

6. Compliance with Specifications

All works carried out by the contractor must adhere strictly to the specification designated for each project. No deviations, alterations, or modifications may be made unless written consent is obtained from all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the project specifier, client, conservation or heritage officer, or main contractor.

7. Referrals and Overdue Accounts

Although Stonehealth shall not routinely withhold referrals on the basis of outstanding account balances, it expressly reserves the right to do so at its sole discretion, with or without prior notification.

8. Referrals Disclaimer

Possession of a Rosette does not constitute or guarantee entitlement to referrals from Stonehealth. Contractors are advised not to rely solely on such referrals for business.

9. Notification of Capacity or Operational Change

Contractors must inform Stonehealth promptly if they are unable to accept new work or if there is any material change in their operational status or business activities.

10. Departure of Trained Operatives

In the event that a Stonehealth-trained or approved operative ceases employment with a contractor, both the operative and the contractor are obliged to notify Stonehealth without undue delay.

11. Right of Inspection

Stonehealth reserves the unconditional right to inspect any contractor’s work or that of its operatives at any time, with or without notice and irrespective of the contractor’s consent.

12. Reporting of Misrepresentation or Misconduct

Contractors are expected to report to Stonehealth any instances where an individual or organisation is falsely representing themselves as being Stonehealth-approved or using Stonehealth systems without authorisation. This includes any conduct deemed detrimental to the interests of Stonehealth or its approved contractors. Stonehealth guarantees anonymity to any individual providing such information.

13. Withdrawal of Approved Status

Stonehealth retains the right to revoke a contractor’s approved status and/or Rosette designation at any time should the contractor fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

14. Reporting of Non-Compliance by Others

Contractors are also expected to notify Stonehealth of any observed instances of other companies failing to meet expected standards or using non-approved Stonehealth systems. Such reports will be treated in the strictest confidence.

15. Subcontractor Agreement Transparency

Where a contractor is engaged as a subcontractor to a Rosette-holding main contractor (as recognised by Stonehealth), the subcontractor acknowledges and consents to the sharing of relevant information with the main contractor. This may include, but is not limited to, the names of trained operatives and the expiry dates of their certification. Subcontractors further agree that such main contractors may notify Stonehealth of any non-compliance. If a subcontractor objects to this clause, it is their responsibility to inform Stonehealth of such objection in writing.

16. Rosette Discount Policy

The Rosette discount of 5% on Stonehealth products and services cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Where another offer exceeds 5%, only the higher discount will be applied.

In Return, Stonehealth Will:

  • Provide contractor referrals in accordance with the size, location, and operational capacity of the contractor’s business.
  • Never charge commission fees for referrals.
  • Abstain from competing with contractors for work opportunities.
  • Remain impartial in all dealings.
  • Issue a valid Stonehealth identity card for each trained operative, free of charge upon induction or new machine acquisition. Replacement cards will incur a fee. All cards remain the property of Stonehealth and may be withdrawn at Stonehealth’s discretion.
  • Monitor equipment and provide valid service certification for each machine.
  • Apply a 5% discount to all Stonehealth products and service costs for Rosette contractors.
